I haven't written in quite a long time. Things have been a little busy with the birth of my son and all. Even as I write these few lines, he is waking up from his short nap. He doesn't sleep during the day really. He just fights sleeping all the time. I am lucky if he decides to pass out on his own. My poor Drake has acid reflux just like me. It is pretty bad. We have to burp him like CRAZY with every bottle, which pisses him off. If we don't though, he pukes it all up when the air moves and the acid forces him to be miserable. He's a spit-up baby, but we had found Enfamil A.R. Spit-up formula works better than anything else (and yes we tried a variety of different formulas). He is on medicine for the reflux, which is really hard to keep the dose accurate because he is growing so fast! He was born 7 lbs 15 oz. He dropped to 7 lbs 7 oz after 4 days. Then at one month he was 10 lbs 6 oz, at 2 months 13.2 lbs, and now at 3 months he is 14 lbs 13 oz. He is a little piggy, but he isn't fat. He is just growing a ton! I have been posting pictures and videos on Facebook and Myspace. I have neglected my blog though. As soon as I can I will be posting all of those on here as well. My Drake is internet famous as Kain likes to say. =)
Well he's screaming now. Time to go take care of him. I will try to write more later today.
I have returned. More about my little boy. At 2 months old, we were already fazing out his 0-3 month clothes. He's 3 months now and I am beginning to remove 3-6 month clothes. Only a select few mind you. They were small to begin with. Most of his 3-6 month clothes have room to grow right now. He's a big boy though. He was born 21 inches long and at 2 months he was 24.25 inches. No clue on his length now. We had an appointment yesterday about his reflux medicine, so they didn't check his height. They will do height at 4 months.
