Ok...It seems like everyone has a problem with losing weight or being over tired or eating too much. The people that don't have those problems, you can skip this post and know that I am jealous of you. You know who you are! Another aspect of Obestrim is that you are not supposed to have to exercise to get the minimum weight loss. Yesterday I decided I would also start exercising because I am getting a little desperate. I need to change my body image so that I can have a better feeling about myself. Now while my results aren't great, I have a friend that started it last week. She loves the extra energy and has lost 8 lbs in one week. Pretty amazing huh? So it really does work for some people. I hope the exercising and eating a little more kicks it into gear for me.
