When I got my PhoneFetcher in the mail, I immediately clipped it on my belt loop of my jeans and plugged it into the ear jack of the phone. I was rather surprised when I got it because I really had no idea how it would attach to my phone. I also did not expect the end that plugs into the ear jack to actually be able to fit in multiple devices, but it actually plugged into my phone and my iPod. Pretty awesome huh? The crab claw will connect to multiple surfaces (including the kitchen counter lip as long as it isn't too think. I don't really recommend doing that because it ends up being a great toy for your toddler then. He thought it was great fun to pull it off and have it snap at him. However, if you don't have a toddler, you could hook it to the counter. The only concern I have about the product is if the ear jack plug will ever wear away. I unplugged it from my phone a few times and noticed that the plastic looked rubbed on...Not the right way to describe it, but I don't really know how to describe it. Only time will tell if my concern is valid. Right now I am VERY happy with it. And guess what? It comes in nine different colors! It also will be available as a chain soon. So if you like the whole wallet connected to a chain hanging over your pants look, you can get that with your phone too.
