Interview with the Author, Stephanie Nelson:

The relationship between Gwen and Fiona is on the rocks through out this story, will they ever be able to get back to the way they were in Craved?
I think they're learning that their lives are going separate ways, which sadly happens the older we get. They will always be friends but I'm not sure if they'll ever be as close.
Gwen had a tie to Ian because they swapped blood and Aiden had a connection with her at one point too. Will these connections still have an affect on Gwen in the future?
Those specific connections will not play a role in future books but I cannot say that she will not have to deal with the problem again. :)
When Dorian came onto the scene, he had one appearance to Gwen and then had another later when he became her mentor. Is he making himself look the way he thinks Gwen wants him to look? Will we ever know what his true appearance is?
Dorian is still a mystery, even to me. I can say that yes, we will know what his true appearance is eventually. In book 3, Coveted, we'll learn a lot more about the Angel of Death.
Will there be some fun scenes in the next book about Dorian and Gwen's roommate status? I am looking forward to some funny and awkward situations.
Yes, living with Dorian isn't as easy as Gwen thought it'd be. There will be some awkward moments that will test Gwen's willpower.
Even though Ian is supposed to be dead, will he have an influence in the next story through the spirit world? It just seems that with Gwen's spirit walker side, she just might remain tormented by him.
Very good question! I cannot go into detail about Ian but I will say that he has a small role in the third book.
