#ProductReview: SlapKoolers Coozie #slapkoozies #tomoson

SlapKoolers 1

Do you use coozies to keep your drinks cold and to your hands warm? I love them, but I don't keep them in my house. I'm sure you are wondering why. Well I hate storing them. I don't have any extra cabinet space. I actually have shelves in my garage where I keep my less frequently used appliances, pots, and baking pans. Keeping a coozie in the cabinet or pantry is actually really annoying to me. I can use that space for something I use more often.

There's a new type of coozie out there though that will allow you to have the niceties of a coozie and not take up a ton of space in the kitchen. You can store them just about anywhere. They are called SlapKoolers the slap coozie.

SlapKoolers 2

If you were a child in the '80's, you either had or knew someone that had a Slap Bracelet. I had several and loved slapping them on my wrist or on other people as pretend handcuffs. Well SlapKoozerls uses the same idea of the slap bracelet. You can kind of see the slap bracelet under the rubber on the back of it in the picture below.

SlapKoolers 6

It's a coozie that you can slap around your drink, yet it can be laid flat in a drawer. It will size to fit any drink. Even though cans tend to be all the same diameter, you could even slap it around wine bottle if you really wanted.

SlapKoolers 3
SlapKoolers 4
SlapKoolers 5
SlapKoolers 7

There really isn't a lot to say about the SlapKooler. It works great of a variety of objects. It doesn't slide around or fall off your drink if your drink isn't the right size since it adjusts to fit your beverage. It stores easy. It cleans easy. I don't recommend putting it in the washing machine, but you might be able to put it in the dishwasher if you really want to. Perhaps the best part is that you can customize it.

Do you have a business that needs promotional items? You can put your logo on the SlapKooler. You can get them for your favorite sports team. You can get single colors or multicolors. There are a ton of choices for you to consider. You can even wear them like bracelets. They are fun and useful!

Check out this video demonstrating using my name tag SlapKooler on a variety of beverages.

#ProductReview: Spark and Bee Premium Baby Stroller Organizer #sparkandbee #tomoson

With three kids, I constantly feel disorganized and like I am forgetting things. Moms all have times where they need a little help keeping things organized as well as easily accessible. We carry purses and diaper bags, sometimes even a backpack. What we tend not to have is something for the stroller to make traveling easier. I know that I struggle with first shoving my diaper bag under the stroller in that little compartment, but then secondly getting anything out of it once it has been shoved in there.

Spark and Bee has created a Baby Stroller Organizer to help solve the very issues that I have. I have three kids that are five and under. I am constantly digging into my diaper bag for drinks, snacks, diapers, and the occasional change of clothes. It would be really nice to not have to keep bending down to get even half of those items.

The Stroller Organizer has two insulated cup holders and another insulated compartment that could hold another drink if you need it to. Otherwise it has a lid/flap with a magnet to keep it closed yet easily opened with one hand. There's a small zipper pouch on the magnetic lid. There are also two other zipper pouches and three mesh pouches. It attaches to the stroller using Velcro. I believe that it could connect to any stroller. There are two sets of Velcro that allow the organizer to hang or be pulled tight. This is very useful since strollers aren't all made the same size. It will allow you to attach the organizer to varying sizes of strollers, including umbrella strollers.

I took the organizer and tried it out on two different strollers. I have a Chicco stroller and an umbrella stroller. My Chicco stroller has an attachment that holds one drink and a small compartment with a lid to hold other stuff. The Baby Stroller Organizer can be attached in such a way that it hangs under the already existing cup holder. I took a video of putting the diaper bag in the stroller and how much stuff I was able to remove from my diaper bag to put into the organizer. I was able to easily fit a bottle, soda, snack bag of pretzels, travel formula container, baby wipes case, two diapers, nose bulb syringe, bottle of saline, and cell phone. There was room for more to be put in the organizer, though it would have to be small items, like keys. With these items removed from the diaper bag, I had extra diapers and changes of clothes left under the stroller. See my video below.

We haven't really left the house much with my newborn to give the organizer a longer test, so I took it to the bus stop. This is an AMAZING addition to my baby accessories. Walking to the bus stop, which is about a quarter of a mile away, I was able to have a snack for me and my toddler daughter, drinks for both of us and my phone in a place that my daughter couldn't just pull everything out. I had my infant son in the stroller if you were wondering why my daughter wasn't in it. It doesn't hang so low that you kick it. It is attached strong enough that I am going to leave it attached to my stroller without worry that the Velcro will pull apart over time. I would highly recommend this to anyone using a stroller. It is possible there might be other devices that the organizer could be attached to. Perhaps a shopping cart or even work equipment like a fork lift. Don't quote me that it will work on those things because I don't have access to a fork lift, but I envision that there might be a place here something like this might be able to be attached therefore making it more versatile than just a Baby Stroller Organizer.

#ProductReview: US Art Supply 18" Paper Holder & Dispenser #usartsupply #tomoson

Lately I have been trying to more active in doing craft projects, specifically with my oldest son. I'm not very good at playing with toys. I just get bored too easily and then get distracted. My son gets mad at me when that happens and things just go down hill from there. So instead of playing with toys, I have been trying to get him to do craft projects with me. I'm good at crafts and even better at teaching him instead of playing. We have finger paints, crayons, lots of different types of paper, tons of scrapbook paper punches, and so forth. We are currently knee deep in three Christmas craft projects because I love homemade ornaments. That said, I am always on the look out for craft supplies and ways to store them.

I actually own a roll of 18" wide butcher paper which makes for a great table cover. You can draw and paint on the paper easily, but it has a slight wax coating which prevents spilled liquids from seeping through onto the table. I thought that a paper holder and dispenser would be a great thing to have for this. I wanted to find one to mount on the wall to make it easier to get to this paper. US Art Supply makes the perfect Paper Holder and Dispenser.

US Art Supply 1

It's a wooden dispenser with easy drop-in loading of the paper.

US Art Supply 2

The one that US Art Supply gave to me for my honest opinion is designed to sit on a table. It has no slip pads on the back to help keep it from sliding around. This feature allows you to tear the paper without using a blade and without it sliding around.

US Art Supply 3

Instead of using a blade, there is a simple wooden dowel that you slide the paper under and then rip along. This makes it kid friendly and safe.

US Art Supply 4

Now I know that I said I wanted to mount mine on the wall. I actually had a method that I wanted to try out and am happy to say seems to have worked well. I used those velcro strips for hanging pictures on the wall to put this paper holder up on the wall. I do need to be a little careful when we rip the paper because I could pull the whole thing off the wall. So far it is holding very well and has not pulled off. This makes this product even more useful.

US Art Supply 5

US Art Supply 6

Now, my roll of butcher paper actually turned out to be WAY too big for the dispenser, so I used the dispenser to help me create a smaller roll. I placed it on my kitchen counter, fed the paper under the cutter, and kept rolling up the free end until I had a roll the right size for the dispenser. I used the paper cutter to cut my new roll from the original roll and then put the whole thing together. The roll is held into the paper holder with a dowel rod that slides into place. It was really easy.

US Art Supply 7

Check out my video showing how to use the US Art Supply 18" Paper Holder and Dispenser

This is a great addition to any person's room or desk that uses rolls of paper for any purpose. Any type of 18" or smaller paper can be held in place using this dispenser. I know it is going to be a very useful addition in my house. My butcher paper is not only used for our artistic purposes, but I use it for my cooking as well. I'm extremely happy with it. It would make a great Christmas gift for the crafty person in your life.

Summary: A modern-day adventure as our protagonists search for Excalibur and the treasures it holds!

Continuing the adventure that began in Egypt a few months prior in The Secret of the Sacred Scarab, cousins Adam and Justin Sinclair are hot on the trail of the second Stone of Power, one of seven ancient stones lost centuries ago. This stone might be embedded in the hilt of a newly discovered sword that archaeologists believe belonged to King Arthur: Excalibur.

However, their long-standing enemy, Dr. Khalid, is following them as they travel to Scotland to investigate an old castle. Little do they know there is another deadly force, the Eaters of Poison, who have their own mission to complete. Time is running out as the confluence of the planets draws closer. Can Justin and Adam find the second Stone of Power and survive? And why did Aunt Isabel send a girl with them?

Join Justin and Adam as they search not only for the second Stone of Power, but also for the Scroll of the Ancients, a mysterious document that holds important clues to the Seven Stones of Power. As their adventure unfolds, they learn many things and face dangers that make even their perils in Egypt look tame. And how annoying for them that their tag-along companion, Kim, seems to have such good ideas when they are stumped.

Always For You - Tawdra
AlwaysMaureen Evans has had a crush on Smith Harrington since they were in college together. She always knew he didn’t see her as anything more than his best friend—just one of the guys—but that didn’t stop her from weaving sexy fantasies about him.

Or maybe not.
