Description: After the tumult of her high school senior year, all is right in Tasmyn Vaughan’s world. She’s attending college with her boyfriend, and she’s learning to control her powers. Everything is finally perfect, until it isn’t.
When her new part-time job leads to more than she bargained for, Tasmyn is thrown into a deadly fight against forces of evil that she didn’t even know existed. Mastering her extraordinary gifts—along with the strength of an endless love—may be the only weapon that can guarantee her a happily ever after.
Review: I love this series. Tawdra Kandle has an amazing way at writing YA in such a way that it is not only appropriate, but completely believable. This is the fourth book in The King Series, of which I have read them all. At the end of Restless, book three, Tasmyn and Michael return to their amazing relationship which was temporarily ended in the story. Tasmyn happened to hear Michael think thoughts that indicated he doubted that they were really meant to be. This resulted in Tasmyn's downward spiral in which she started dating Rafe (or using), learned how to access the elements with magik but not how to control them, cause Marica Lacusta to go insane, and nearly killed Nell.
In Endless, Michael and Tasmyn are together and working through everything that happened when Michael was out of the picture. Tasmyn is also seeing a special psychiatrist who is supposed to help her learn how to control her newest powers. This is perhaps the primary focus of the entire book. Tasmyn ends up working for a company called Carruthers who finally is able to teach her how to control her many abilities. She is also sent out under cover to use her gifts to help other people. This is a dream come true for Tasmyn. Michael diligently stands by her side, forgiving her for her previous actions and supporting her newest decisions. But what will happen when Tasmyn is called to an assignment involving Nell's father? Will she and Michael finally consummate their relationship? Will they decide to take the next step and get married? You'll have to read to find out! It's well worth finding out as well!

Interview with the author, Tawdra Kandle:
- In Restless Tasmyn hid what she was doing with Marica from everyone. What caused her to believe she couldn't tell anyone about it when she was already convinced she could tell Michael everything?
From the beginning of BREATHLESS through the end of RESTLESS, Tas is toying with the darker side of her powers. After a lifetime of denying and hiding her abilities, she is tempted by the possibilities. Did Marica somehow influence Tasmyn to pull her away from her parents and Michael? Or was it completely Tasmyn's choice? That is one of those questions the reader has to decide.
There is certainly a part of Tasmyn that believes Michael is only holding her back. . .and that part is much closer to Marica Lacusta and to Nell than to Tasmyn's true self.
- Tasmyn and Michael split for a relatively short period of time in Restless due to Michael questioning their relationship. There were a few other instances where Tasmyn questioned what she heard. Do we learn in Endless if someone else is implanting thoughts in her head?
Not definitively. Again, I think there are many instances in life where we don't know something for certain. Tasmyn doesn't know for sure, because she doesn't have an opportunity to ask Marica, and she cannot be certain that either Marica or Rafe would be truthful. Because they can both shield their minds from her, it's not clear. It would make it easier to believe that Marica had done it, but ENDLESS is really about Tas learning to accept responsibility and consequences. Oh, and it's important to note that Michael's questioning of their relationship was nothing more than what any of us might do. . .a thought flitting through his head. . .it wasn't something he was seriously contemplating. Tas, in her insecurity, seized on that. Was it also a handy excuse to move farther into the darkness? Perhaps. . .
- Will we see Nell or Marica in Endless?
Nell, yes. Marica, no. She is mentioned briefly, as her influence and its ongoing consequence is certainly a big part of the story, but we don't see her. She's back in Romania.
- Cathryn plays a major roll in Endless. Will she get her own book/series explaining her life/abilities?
Yes and no. Cathryn will be the main character in a short I am writing for the anthology ETERNAL SUMMER, coming in June. It takes place about six months after the conclusion of ENDLESS.
She will also show up here and there in The Serendipity Duet. . .and she will make a few appearances in my adult series, too.
- I know Rafe is trying to get his own story. What might we expect to hear from him? Will it be YA?
Rafe is INSISTING on his own book. Yes, he will get it. UNDENIABLE will be the first book The Serendipity Duet, two New Adult books. It should be out this summer.
- Shameless plug time! We love your books! What can we expect from you in the future?
Thank you!! Right now, I'm working on THE POSSE, an adult contemporary romance. Then I'll be finishing up the first book in my adult series--no title yet, I just call it the Jackie and Lucas series. It will be paranormal, but much lighter than The King Series. The Serendipity Duet comes next. . .and after that, who knows?
